ABSTRACT
Clinical Oncology arose from the need to cover different medical aspects of surgical and radiotherapeutic already present from previous years, as a result of the development of the knowledge of the oncological pathology and the increasing and more complex use of systemic treatment for cancer. It seeks to apply chemotherapeutic treatments and develop prevention methods to reduce the risk of cancer, as well as the development of strategies that allow early detection of the disease. With the implementation of telemedicine they will be able to monitor their therapy generating an improvement in the quality of life of the patient, giving concrete answers to aspects of cancer such as: illness, diagnosis or treatment.
